SF is shock resistant and waterproof down to 300m.
Down to 50 meters, data can be read underwater thanks to a waterproof Data Pencil, without removing the SF. Fast wireless configuration and data collection thanks to a communication interface (Inductive Data Pencil) connected to the USB port of a PC using Winmemo software.

Measurement rate 1s, maximum resolution, strong signal variation: >100 hours with continuous measurement (NORMAL mode), > 3 years by measuring the average, the minimum and the maximum every 15mn.
